Police Station Interviews

Service police interviews are conducted in line with civilian police procedures.

If you are interviewed under caution, you are entitled to be represented by a legal representative of your choice.

If you do not have a preferred legal representative, one can be recommended to you, or you can request the duty solicitor.

Both service and civilian police interviews are funded by the Legal Aid Agency, meaning there is no cost to you or your unit.

Once you request a solicitor, the service police must wait for their attendance before commencing the interview.

At E&L Legal, our team is available 24/7, anywhere in the world, to cover service police interviews.
